Working in stoneware my pots are mainly slab built. Including a variety of vases jugs, lidded jars and planters. I like exploring the different effects of texture, carving, was resist and painting with slips and oxides.
I am also experimenting with smoke firing, sometimes refiring serval time to create a layered effect with often surprising results.
